As we hear, claim and commit to our spiritual truth, we also stand up and work in alignment with that truth, act on it and bring a new integrity and understanding/knowledge to ourselves and who we are. We begin to get very authentic with our words/thoughts/actions and step forward in a complete way by bringing in more and more light. As we consciously align with our spiritual mission, anything but truth falls away because we only choose authentic thoughts, feelings, and actions that suppoort our expansion. It's time to utilize our natural gifts for self healing, for manifesting and more! I encourage YOU to honor yourself and share your gifts! The worlds need your love, light and brilliance.

Sometimes we forget that we actually blissfully agreed to participate in these times of change. Its a new dawning; a new birthing of spiritual energies entering our energetic fields and our planet. To fully integrate them, we consciously choose to receive these new energies. The new frequencies are designed to birth a conscious awakening not only for ourselves for anyone we counter who is also ready to awaken. All we need to do is allow the clearing of the old, non-beneficial energies to make room for the new energies coming in. Once that happens (again and again) our energy field will serve as an silent, yet powerful reminder to other awakening souls.

Our first step in this transformational process is to devote ourselves to our own spiritual expansion in this physical body. Self devotion and self nurturing is critical right now, for this is how we are able to receive self love, self forgiveness, compassion, and resurrecting ourselves from within. It takes place through daily devotion; with a daily committed decision to hold ourselves with love and compassion for who we are and for the depth of pain, suffering, fear, struggle, loneliness and confusion we've experienced, and embracing it all as a learning experience. This process of self devotion involves releasing any self condemnation and holding ourselves in a beautiful space filled with love and compassion, knowing that it was all part of our learning experience.

Loving ourselves allows for transformation and the receiving of energy that will expand the spaces between our cells so that we can birth a new crystalline energy within and around the cells that will merge us with our higher, multi-dimensional selves. Expanding and opening our sacred heart with the regeneration of our cells (cellular re- birthing) will allow us to anchor new aspects of our light frequency.

Ending the separation within ourselves and others, and doing it without any sense of right or wrong or without expecting that it be done with perfection, allows for expansion and growth. In one moment of holding ourselves with love, our cells can and will transform and the energy in our field changes instantly. In every moment we have a choice to hold ourselves with love, forgiveness, understanding and compassion.

Honoring ourselves is a gift we must give ourselves during these times of change. As we breathe and allow all of our feelings to surface and pass through (knowing there is no right or wrong) we empower ourselves. Hanging on to anything, emotionally or otherwise, prevents us from expansion. Letting go is the simplest, most powerful thing we can do to move into the flow and reconnect us to the flow of our divine selves. Letting go and allowing ourselves to be held and carried by our very own pure river of light and compassion is a gift we can give ourselves right now.

It is so important that we take our divine place right now as humans consciously birthing into our natural spiritual nature. This is a great gift. It's about stepping forward and connecting with our heart. As we begin to operate as a family of light and open consciously to the spiritual energies around us attempting to guide, protect and assist us in our expansion, we expand. Many of us still have to re-member our agreements and align to the fullness of who we are. Consciously asking for divine support, calling our spirit family forth on a daily basis and working with them in a divine alliance is our birthright. Consciously allowing ourselves to receive more light while claiming our full spiritual identity will serve to awaken us fully and assist us to expand and align with the new frequencies of light during this transition time on our planet. We have so much support during this integration process as more and more light energy is anchored into our bodies on the planet. All we have to do is ask for it and then be open to receiving it.

Transforming our relationship with ourselves in the physical as we open, activate and anchor in the higher frequencies and pathways of light from our divine spirit is important in claiming our true identity and receiving more light and love during these times of change and expansion. It is equally important that we open to the divine connection between us all. Opening the window of light available to us and consciously stepping forth into the expanded awareness and love will bring the blissful rewards of spiritual grace, peace and undeniable joy.
