Kristen Moeller, is a highly respected coach and speaker who holds a Master’s degree in counseling and has over 22 years in the field of personal development. Her Best-Selling book, Waiting for Jack: Confession of a Self-Help Junkie – How to Stop Waiting and Start Living Your Life, explores our pervasive human tendency to wait instead of living our dreams. Jack Canfield of Chicken Soup for the Soul fame wrote the foreword to the book.
As the creator of Author Your Brilliance™ mentoring programs and as the Executive Publisher for Imbue Press, Kristen found her home in the world of books. Her non-profit, the Chick-a-go Foundation, provides “pay-it-forward” scholarships for transformational educational training programs reaching people who otherwise cannot afford such opportunities.
She resides in Colorado with her husband, two large dogs and an ornery cat, in an off-the-grid, solar powered Mountain home.

I have said it before and I will say it again: Self-help isn’t a bad thing and there’s nothing inherently wrong with it! Yet, for many people – including myself at various times in my life – the “problem” with self-help lies in our endless searching and never finding. We think the next course, the next mentor or the next book will have THE answer. We never let ourselves arrive. We never let ourselves relax. We interact with self-help as if we are eternally missing something.
