Episode 54, on March 17th, is on: Tribal Awakening: Healing and Reclamation of the Indigenous Spirit
Over time, we have drifted far from our roots. Through decades and generations of events - most of which have been beyond our control - we have sought to make do and get by... slowly losing ourselves to the ever-present memories of our immediate past and the despairing weight of our immediate future. We seem to have lost our way, back to ourselves.
We need not invest another moment in seeking to make right what was, at the cost of what can become! As we awaken to and reclaim the truth of who and what we are, we become able to stand in the moment and move forward, one choice to the next, trusting the innate and undeniable truth of our ‘being’. We are indeed, Spiritual Beings having a human experience; and we can free ourselves.
Join Louise with guest, Diane Hill, in this provocative and compelling exploration of alternative ways to accelerate the healing process amongst Indigenous Peoples; seeking to reclaim our birthright, as human beings, to know the greatness that lies beneath the surface of our pain, our rage and our fear.
In conversation with: Diane Hill - a woman of the Bear clan belonging to the Mohawk Nation of the Six Nations of Indigenous People living along the Grand River near Brantford, Ontario. An educational consultant in both national and international venues for the past 25 years, Diane’s work is distinguished in the fields of Indigenous Cultural Education, Social Work and Adult Education with special expertise in the area of portfolio-assisted prior learning assessment. Currently completing her PhD, Diane's newest venture is facilitating WEL-Systems®-based workshops for Indigenous peoples.

Episode 55, on March 24, is on: Birthing a New Paradigm ~ Conscious Parenting
Birthing a New Paradigm requires that we as parents, grandparents, birth professionals, teachers, community leaders etc. redefine who and what we are as human beings. As we begin to create this new level of thinking we can discover ourselves through our experiences, as expressions of Lifeforce in tissue, similar in our physical structure but unique in our expression!
It is this unique expression of Lifeforce that enlivens tissue at the point of conception that the experience of parenting really begins.
Parenting is the most powerful force that shapes us as individuals and the culture we live in. It is time to own the powerful process that parenting is and the potency it carries to create our world. Our physical earth is reflecting this back to us with increasing force daily. Whether we are parents or not we have been parented and this experience has set the stage for who we have, in most cases, unconsciously become.
Conscious Parenting is the call, to discover the courage and curiosity that live within each of us and to see that our our earth and our children are reflecting back to us what we have been unwilling to see inside ourselves. As we discover and courageously own the truth of our own experiences we have the choice to move from an old oudated paradigm of unconscious living and parenting, to birth a new paradigm where we as parents/guardians consciously create our lives and model this to our children, allowing them to create their own!
Join guest-host Naomi Irons-Hill with her guests Angela Burton and Ella-Jean Schatzmann as they explore their own profound shifts in parenting, discovering it began with reclaiming themselves… And it is a journey that never ends!
In conversation with: Angela Burton and Ella-Jean Schatzmann. Angela Burton is the mother of two fully alive, ready to roar young boys – Doyle (6) and Max (4). She is married to Chris Burton, her fully alive and very engaged partner in parenting and co-creator in life. Angela finds deep meaning in managing the people side of technology initiatives and the inevitable organizational changes resulting from these initiatives.
Angela has come to discover compelling similarities between parenting and organizational change management and choses to approach these similar experiences with one very old and very powerful technique – honest conversation from a place of truth, compassion and authenticity.
Living in the beautiful mountain town of Canmore, Alberta with her husband and two young children, Ella-jean works part-time as a Social Worker in the area of Mental Health Services. After being introduced to the WEl-Systems® context a couple of years ago, her curiosity and intrigue lead to her engaging in the Decloaking & Living Authentically program last year. She has been greatly impacted by the WEL-Systems® Body of Knowledge in her personal life, professional career and profoundly in her role as a mother.

Episode 56, on March 31st, is on: Compromise: Virtue or Vice?
Through the cultural conditioning that becomes the framework for the structure of our ‘reality’, women are shaped to be the caretakers of relationships. Whether as mother, daughter; sister or wife; ours is to preserve the peace in the relationship and ensure its sustainability... no matter what! Regardless of the emotional, spiritual or Identity cost to ourselves, our primary consideration is the needs and interests of others - and the consequences to ourselves should we fail to notice.
Today’s conversation explores one of the fundamental tools of ‘relationship care-taking’ : compromise. With the promise of (at best) a happy ending or (at worst) a catastrophe avoided, we have become adept at weaving our way through conflicting interests and intractable positions, frequently at the cost to ourselves of a constantly eroding experience of ourselves as living a meaningful life. We march steadfastly into an unfolding future that neither lights up our lives nor feeds our soul! And yet, this desire for ‘compromise’ continues to fuel our conversations and shape our results. What magic does this process hold over us that we are willing to surrender ourselves to its flaunted outcomes?
Join Louise and her guests as they toss the coin of ‘compromise’ and explore both sides of its impact and potential. In an open, clear, honest and direct exchange, you’ll discover a different place to stand and reconsider the potential of compromise, in your life, to enhance - or diminish - your world.
In conversation with: Naomi Irons and Sheila Winter Wallace. Both Sheila and Naomi are WEL-Systems Institute Affiliates and Certified CODE Model Coaches; and are Facilitators of the 5-day women’s intensives of ‘Decloaking and Living Authentically’ and ‘Engaging and Awakening Others’. Frequent guests on this show, they bring the wisdom of their experience, the courage of their convictions and the endless curiosity that drives their way of moving through the world. Willing to look deeply into their own uncertainties, their insights and discoveries will propel your own! To find out more, visit their websites: Naomi Irons and Sheila Winter Wallace.

What does it take to transform a life? Do you have to become an ‘expert’, ensuring that you have all the right answers, before you should take action? Just how hard is it to create change in our lives? And how long does it take?
Transformation implies a bigger leap than some of us might be willing to take, particularly when that leap is one of faith, in ourselves! And yet, for many, the level of change we require now demands that we go far beyond tinkering at the edges and finding ways to plug the holes in the dyke. Today’s world demands our full attention that we might redefine who we are and how we choose to live.
Change can happen in a breath. It can be easy; and it need not take a long time! Our journey of transformation can be one of discovery rather than one of struggle and mishap. For that, we need to find both courage and curiosity as the potent mix to propel us forward, into a life of our own creation.
Join Louise in conversation with one woman who simply made the choice... and did it!
In conversation with: Audrey Buchanan – currently on the path to CODE Model Coach™ Certification - lives a full life! Discovering how to be fully present to herself is making it possible for Audrey to create meaningful change at work, at home and in her relationships. In less than a year, Audrey has indeed, transformed her life... and is still going! To find out more about her, visit her blog.

Episode 59, on April 21st, is on Birthing a New Paradigm ~ Intimately Reclaiming Yourself

Guest Host: Naomi Irons-Hill
Are you seeking depth and intimacy in your relationships and/or with yourself?
This conversation will invite you to discover intimacy from within as a way of being and as a way to co-create authentic meaning in relationships (marriage, parenting, friendships etc), rather then the outdated alternative of looking outside yourself to 'get' what you need from another, or on the flip side to 'give' what you think they need.
It takes great courage to reveal what we hold to be personal and private with the one person who can create a safe, intimate environment- ourselves.
We often compromise ourselves to create a sense of belonging in a relationship and end up creating experiences to recognize a 'familiar' sense of closeness. What we do not always recognize is, it is the closeness we feel inside ourselves in another's presence that allows us to discover more, instead of making it another's responsibility to make us feel a certain way. What we have been taught and modelled by those close to us in our lives, becomes the template for the intimacy we are re-creating with ourselves and in our relationships with others.
Get ready to step beyond the techniques and strategies of creating intimacy in your relationships and with yourself, to discover the courage that it takes to become both willing and able to reclaim yourself-intimately.
Join guest-host Naomi Irons with Lisa J Weiss and Angela Burton as they reclaim more of themselves through intimately sharing their journeys and their many discoveries along the way!
In conversation with: Lisa J Weiss and Angela Burton.

Episode 60, on April 28st, is on Death and Dying: Reconsidering the Inevitable Journey

As the saying goes: In life, there are only two things you can be sure of - death and taxes. Yet, despite its inevitability, we are often confronted with our own fear, uncertainty and resistance to the idea of ‘death’.
What is ‘death’? What happens to us when we die? Where do we go and how do we get there? These questions are often left unexplored, with the consequence of generating more fear, sufficient to destabilize us.
Join Louise in conversation with Sheila Winter Wallace as they explore the notion of ‘death’ through the eyes of a Quantum Biological Human™.

Episode 61, on May 5, is on Standing Alone
Guest Host: Lisa J. Weiss
Often we feel that we must go it alone, that we must shoulder the burden all by ourselves. Is this true? Although each of us is on our own individual journey we are alone only if we choose this for ourselves. In this episode we will explore the notion of standing alone and not being alone; that when we choose to look around we will see others, on their journey standing and or walking beside us, creating a community that goes beyond the physical space we share.
In conversation with: Ella-Jean Schatzmann, a resident of Canmore Alberta and part-time social worker in the area of mental Health and Brandi LaRochelle, an HR Administrator at the Nunavut Arctic College and a recent Decloaking and Living Authentically participant. These two women know too well what it means to stand alone at an environmental level, living hundreds of miles away from the WEL-Systems® community and yet each knowing they are not alone, knowing we all stand beside, and walk alongside them, as they discover the more of who they are and in turn become the beacon for others.

Episode 62, on May 12, is on Explorers in A New World
Guest Host: Sheila Winter Wallace
Discovering Self in Awakening the Body... The Power of BSI (BodySpirit Integration)
These days, we look to fix our lives and our bodies so that we can feel good about being ourselves. We talk about climbing the ladder to success, paying our dues, keeping up with the Jones’s. The trajectory of, first, we must achieve something, so, then, we can do what we think we need to do, in order to become whom we would like to be, is tied to what we think will make us acceptable to ourselves and our collectives. We stick to thinking about where, when, what and how in searching for new and meaningful lives. While we want to live differently; still, we are reluctant to step into territory, unknown to us. We have been living this way forever, it seems... and, overall, that default has amounted to struggle and despair, the world over. And, because we know of no other way, we tell ourselves that our struggle is worthwhile, that it builds character... no pain, no gain. The body is the final frontier for the revelation of that struggle. What has been percolating, in the unseen, has been doing so for a very long time, once it shows up in tissue. That is when we come to the conclusion that our bodies have betrayed us and that we have to make that body ‘right’ in order to live.
What if we have it all wrong? What if it is all genius? What if there is nothing to fix? What if our bodies have not betrayed us? What if there is another way? What if we are quantum biological humans and our tissue, through which we express Self, is, in fact, our safe home and sure territory for moment-to- moment discovery of Self? What if our bodies are the only real and sure compasses by which we get to live rich and meaningful lives of wellbeing?

Join guest host, Sheila Winter Wallace as she engages in conversation about BSI with two women who have chosen to take the WEL-Systems® journey through the body to discover more of whom they can become. What each has discovered is that she is captain of her own ship.
In conversation with: Brandi Larochelle and Marie José Raymond. Brandi, working as an HR professional in the Public Service, lives in Nunavut and has recently awakened to this new voyage of Self discovery. Marie-José - a translator who owns and operates a translation company in Ottawa, Ontario - has been willingly riding the waves of her journey for a very long time
