Dogs and cats aren't made to eat the highly-processed foods most of us feed our pets, says Dr. Tim Hunt, a veteran veterinarian who has raced sled dogs for 17 years. Based upon his experience as a musher and 22 years as a vet, Dr. Tim set out to develop foods for everyday pets based upon the natural, wild diet that propels his Alaskan Huskies in the Iditarod and other sled races. Dr. Tim is recognized as an expert on all aspects of pet health and a staunch advocate for the welfare of all animals. He can explain what people should and should not feed their pets, and how dogs and cats can benefit from eating as nature intended.

Dr. Tim has a kennel of 35 Alaskan Huskies that he races all over the world.  He has a wife, step son, and granddaughter.
